I definitely suggest reading it in it’s intended format though so you can have time to take to heart what it’s saying. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and loved how Rachel made each daily reading like she was writing a motivational letter to you. Each day is tops 2 pages so it doesn’t take a ton of time to read which I love because I’m not a huge reader. This book is full of some great motivational thoughts and ideas as well as some great questions to ask yourself and ponder. Though obviously geared towards women I think this book would benefit anyone who reads it, male and female alike. I like how she always brings it back to God, His love for us, and our godly value. Looking forward to slowing down my reading and doing a lot more soul searching, pondering, and working on actually changing my thoughts for the better.
